Brandon and I made the command decision to board the dogs the day of the party. We wanted people to be able to come in the door without Hank greeting them by jumping on them and Gemma trying to escape. I think it might have been one of our best decisions, ever. I dropped off the dogs on Saturday afternoon and Brandon and I got to decorating as soon as the little miss had gone to bed.
She was quite overwhelmed on Sunday, which we expected. Natalie did not want to miss a thing - talk about a very serious fear of missing out. She was crawling and walking all over the place and getting into everything. She loved getting to visit with all her favorite people and Brandon and I loved having our home full of family. I just wish I had taken more pictures! I did get some of her cake and I am so incredibly thankful that Caitlin was able to snap one of Brandon and I with Natalie :)

love this picture of my family of three!
Tim was happy to help Natalie with the cake :)
Once Dada did the dirty work, she was ready to dig in :)
At the end of the day, we had one very exhausted, very loved little girl. She loved playing with her new toys after bath time and was so excited to read a new bedtime story (thank goodness!). I am so happy with how everything turned out and I hope the little miss enjoyed her day as much as the rest of us did :)
